Refunds for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds.

Return Policy for physical goods

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Please follow the size chart for each product to determine proper size. For size changes, you must notify us within 14 days.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used.

Any and all products for exchange must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and any original and accessories must be attached.

We do offer store credit in lieu of a direct exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you experience a problem with an international order, contact us, and we will try to resolve it.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If tracking says the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must reach out to the carrier. Sometimes they leave packages in unexpected places. We are unable to work with the carriers directly to resolve these sorts of issues.

Have an idea for a shirt?

We are open to ideas for shirts so long as the concept is on brand with geek life.

If your idea is accepted, you get designer credit on the product, in addition to 3 shirts (of your design) for yourself or friends.

Regarding success kits

You’re free to use them in your own business, and use them in your work with clients.

You are not, however, allowed to sell them or give them to clients. You are not allowed to distribute the Success Kits in any manner.
